About the Project

Örken wind farm consists of eight wind turbines and is located in an area with favorable wind conditions in Halland County. The two newest turbines are based on reused and upgraded components with higher output than the original installations. This solution has made it possible to increase production without establishing an entirely new facility.

The expansion contributes to more efficient use of existing infrastructure and strengthens the park’s total power generation. After the upgrade, the facility delivers renewable electricity, making an important contribution to regional energy supply in southern Sweden.
