As you may know, TrønderEnergi and HitecVision are joining forces to establish a new Nordic renewable energy company, headquartered in Trondheim. The board's proposal to carry out a demerger (division of the corporation) and establish a new renewable energy group will be formally discussed at an extraordinary general meeting in TrønderEnergi on Wednesday, June 22.

The general meeting with formal resolutions and signing of agreements will begin at 2:00 PM at Scandic Lerkendal in Trondheim. The stream from the name launch and further presentation of the new renewable energy company begins at 3:00 PM and continues until approximately 3:30 PM.
