The two largest players in the electrification of construction sites, Aneo Build and Eviny Mobile Energy, are now joining forces to establish the largest company in the industry. Expertise, product fleet, digital solutions, and customers across the country are now being consolidated – and the commitment to sustainable energy solutions in the construction sector is being strengthened.
The newly merged company will operate under the name Aneo Build, with its headquarters in Oslo and strong regional offices in Bergen and Trondheim. With a presence in Western Norway, Eastern Norway, and Central Norway, the company takes a leading position in the rapidly growing market for electrification of construction sites. The merger will take effect in April.
These are not only the two largest companies in the industry, but also those with the longest experience in electrification services for construction. This also means a vast repository of experience, data, and unique expertise at all levels.
– Together we are building a more robust company with the strength to increase speed and realize our Nordic ambitions. Electrification of the construction industry is crucial for reducing emissions and ensuring a greener future, and with this merger, we can offer even better services for our customers, says Tora Lovise Grande Hansen, CEO of Aneo Build.
Increased Capacity and Enhanced Innovation
The merger of Aneo Build and Eviny Mobil Energi creates an entity with greater capacity, stronger innovation capabilities, and improved delivery to both existing and new customers. Through fast charging and electric energy solutions for construction sites, the company will be an important driver in the green transition.
– We have both been pioneers in this industry, and now we are joining forces to provide even more efficient and sustainable energy solutions. This means faster deployment of electrification solutions for construction sites, more accessible fast charging, and an even stronger service organization with physical presence in the largest markets for electric construction machinery, says Camilla Moster, CEO of the current Eviny Mobil Energi AS.
Ready for Further Growth
With a clear foothold in Norway and ambitions for further growth in the Nordic region, Aneo Build is now even better positioned to drive forward innovative energy solutions that reduce emissions and provide the construction industry with more efficient alternatives to fossil energy sources. Both companies currently have several pilot projects in the Swedish market. As a merged company, these experiences will be consolidated to better meet needs in new, international markets. In the first phase, the Nordic countries are prioritized markets. With Aneo and Eviny as stakeholders, the company has a solid ownership structure.
